Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy

This policy covers the digital products (for example templates, guides and courses) sold on insightore.in's sales pages, which are built on systeme.io. The refund promise is the same whichever way you pay. Only the company that processes the payment and the refund differs.

The short version

• Which checkout you use: buyers in India pay in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay only. Buyers outside India pay in US dollars (USD) through Lemon Squeezy only.
• 7-day refund: you can get a full refund for any reason within 7 days of purchase.
• Broken or not as described: if a file is broken, won't open, or the product is not as described, you get a full refund, no questions asked, at any time. You can choose a working replacement instead if you prefer.
• We never charge a cancellation fee and never deduct fees from a refund.
• We don't sell subscriptions. Every product is a one-time purchase.

1. Delivery

All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped.

• INR orders (buyers in India): you get access straight after payment, usually by an email from systeme.io with a download link or course login, sent to the address you entered at checkout.
• USD orders (buyers outside India): Lemon Squeezy emails your receipt, which gives you access to your files straight after payment.

If you haven't received access within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email info@insightore.in with your order details. We'll fix it, or give you a full refund if we can't.

2. Our refund policy (both payment methods)

Within 7 days of purchase: a full refund for any reason. You don't have to explain, although a reason helps us improve.

At any time: a full refund, no questions asked, if a file is broken or the product is not as described. You can choose a replacement instead if you prefer.

The only exception: we may refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of fraud or refund abuse, for example the same person repeatedly buying, downloading and refunding. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also allow it to refuse refunds in these cases.

When a refund is made, your licence to use the product ends, and we may remove your access.

3. How to ask and what happens next

How to ask: email info@insightore.in from the address you used to buy. Include your order or payment ID (or your Lemon Squeezy order number) and the product name. For USD orders, you can also reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

What happens next:

• We reply within 2 business days.
• Once the refund is approved, we start it within 2 business days.
• INR orders (Razorpay): the money goes back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account). Razorpay says normal refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reach you, depending on your bank.
• USD orders (Lemon Squeezy): we issue the refund from our Lemon Squeezy account, and Lemon Squeezy returns the money to your original payment method. Lemon Squeezy says refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
• We refund the full amount you paid.

4. About USD orders and Lemon Squeezy

USD orders are sold by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC), acting as our reseller and merchant of record. This means:

• your purchase contract is with Lemon Squeezy, under its Buyer Terms, and we license the product to you;
• Lemon Squeezy charges your payment method, adds any sales tax or VAT, sends the receipt and processes refunds;
• Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms say refunds are at its discretion. Its seller documentation lets us, the seller, issue refunds at any time from our account. That is how we keep the promise in section 2, so a refund we approve under this policy is one we issue ourselves. Lemon Squeezy may also refund you on its own, for example within 60 days to prevent a chargeback.

Sales tax or VAT refunds: if you are a business registered for sales tax or VAT and were charged it, Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms say you may be able to get the tax refunded if you contact Lemon Squeezy within 60 days with a valid tax number.

5. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that apply to you. In particular:

• if a product is defective, materially different from its description, or not delivered, we will fix it, replace it or refund you in full, whenever you report it;
• we don't charge cancellation fees;
• we show the full price, including any tax, before you pay, with no hidden charges;
• we don't use pre-ticked boxes to record your agreement.

6. Chargebacks

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@insightore.in. We can usually sort it out faster than your bank can. This doesn't limit your right to dispute a charge with your bank.

7. Complaints

If you're not happy with how we handled your refund, contact our Grievance Officer:

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version that was live when you bought applies to your purchase.
