Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use insightore.in, our sign-up and sales pages, our newsletter, and our free resources. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

insightore.in is run by Indies Groups (proprietor: Santanu Saha), 340, APR Praveens Grandio, Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana 502319, India ("we", "us"). Contact: info@insightore.in.

When you buy a paid product, our Refund Policy also applies. For US-dollar orders, so do Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms (see "Buying our products" below).

1. Using the site

You may read, share links to and use our content for your own personal or internal business use. Please don't:

• copy, republish, resell or redistribute our content or products as your own;
• scrape the site in bulk, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, our forms or our accounts;
• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to send spam;
• sign up with someone else's email address or false details.

You must be 18 or older to sign up for our emails or buy our products.

2. Information only: not professional advice

Our content (articles, videos, emails, templates and guides) is general information and education about AI tools, productivity systems and running a freelance or solo business.

• It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your situation.
• Where we discuss topics like GST, invoicing, income tax or receiving foreign payments, we try to date the information and link to official sources. Laws and platform rules change, so check the official source and speak to a qualified professional (such as a Chartered Accountant or advocate) before acting on it.
• We do not recommend specific securities, funds or investments.
• Tools and prices we describe can change after we publish. Always check the provider's own website.

3. No guaranteed results

We do not promise that you will earn money, save a certain amount of time, or get any particular result from our content, our products or the tools we mention. Any figures we show are labelled as examples or as our own experience. They are not typical or guaranteed.

4. Affiliate links and third-party tools

We don't have any affiliate links at the moment. If we add them, we may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you, and we'll label them. Details are on our Disclosure page.

When you use a third-party tool or website we mention or link to, your relationship is with that company:

• its own terms, pricing and privacy policy apply;
• we don't control it and aren't responsible for its service, security, availability, billing or changes;
• any problem with that product or account needs to go to that company.

5. Buying our products

Our digital products are sold through our sales pages, built on systeme.io.

• Buyers in India pay in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay, and we are the seller.
• Buyers outside India pay in US dollars (USD). Those orders are sold by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC), our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax, receipts and refunds for those orders under its own Buyer Terms, and we license the product to you.

6. Our content and products (intellectual property)

We (or our licensors) own the content on this site and in our products: text, templates, designs, videos, graphics and our name and logo.

When you buy a product:

• you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business;
• you may not resell, share, sublicense or publish it, or include it in a product you sell (for example as "PLR" or "resell rights"), unless the product page says otherwise.

Other companies' names and logos that appear on this site belong to them. We use them only to identify their products. Using them does not mean they endorse us, unless we say so.

If you think something on our site infringes your rights, email info@insightore.in with details and we will look into it promptly.

7. Messages you send us

If you email us, don't send anything unlawful or anyone else's personal information without permission. You also allow us to use your feedback to improve our content. We won't publish your name or message as a testimonial without your clear permission.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we provide the site and free resources "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that they are error-free, complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for your particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, that cannot be excluded by contract.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the site, our free content, or third-party tools we mention;
• our total liability to you for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, for example for fraud or for deficiency in a paid product or service under consumer law.

10. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove content, products or features, and we may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when the terms last changed. A change won't take away rights you already have for a product you have already bought.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Please contact us first at info@insightore.in or through our Grievance Officer. Most problems can be fixed quickly.
• If a dispute can't be resolved, the courts at Hyderabad, India have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to approach a Consumer Commission or court where you live or work.
• For USD orders sold by Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms set out the law that governs your contract with Lemon Squeezy.
